Viva Grantham Gamble

Viva Grantham Gamble, 96, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022. Mrs. Gamble was born in Pamplico, SC a daughter of the late Walter Durham Calcutt and Rosa Belle Hyman Calcutt. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Kenneth Winfred Grantham in 1967; second husband, Thomas Goodman Gamble; son, Kenneth Grantham, Jr.; siblings, Lou Queen Calcutt, Dolan Calcutt, Toby Calcutt, Thadus Calcutt, Donnie Calcutt, John Calcutt, and WD Calcutt. Surviving are her son, Terrell (Victoria) Grantham; grandchildren, Kenneth Grantham III, Patricia Elizabeth Grantham, Terrell Wayne Grantham, Jr., Austin Ireland Grantham, and Charles Glenn Grantham; nine great-grandchildren, and sister, Dottie Lane. Viva was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Mount Hope Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The Grantham family will forever be grateful for the kindness and love that Comfort Keepers has shown to Viva and her family over the years.
