Walter Lynn Hoggan

Walter Lynn Hoggan, 95, of Florence, SC passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late Golda Pearl Dansie Hoggan and George Lynn Hoggan and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints- Florence Ward. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons, Edward L. Hoggan, and Gary D. Hoggan; and sister, Golda Ruth Sponseller. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Gail Dew Hoggan; sons, Charles B. Hoggan and Randall W. Hoggan; daughters, Ronelle Patten and Eileen Cleveland; and a large extended family. The family will receive friends 2:00 – 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
