William Lewis Harper

William Lewis Harper, 83, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022. Lewis was born in Marion, SC, the son of the late Edith Richardson Harper and William Marvin Harper. As an adult he resided in Florence, SC. Lewis had a strong work ethic and valued being self-employed. He was a natural salesperson and owned several businesses, including Harper’s Shoe Store, The Gold Bar, and an antique store. He loved antique glassware and the ocean. He often traveled to and from the Cherry Grove area of Myrtle Beach. He is survived by his children, Henry Allyn Scipio, William Marvin Harper and Edith Deborah Harper, and six beautiful grandchildren. The family is being assisted by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral.
